Born in Pakistan, raised in Maryland. I grew up indulging myself with painting & drawing, watching anime, teaching myself multiple instruments, and playing in the woods.
I spent four years in community college figuring out what I was and wasn’t good at. Then I pursued another four years at university, focusing on fine art, music, and film.
After graduating from Towson University, I immediately jumped into the deep end of the freelancing-full time-pool. I had the opportunity to shoot for the World Trade Center Institute, The United States Energy Association, and be a part of the Baltimore City Paper family, capturing action that made me proud of my home city.
I teamed up with fellow Baltimore-based artist, Emma Mattson, and created The Bush Zine, featuring local artists.
In the summer of 2017, I made the move to California, with my cat, Peach.
I am a Los Angeles based artist but I will travel for work.
